Terms & Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using Ten4Teen ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — startups, student engineers, and visitors.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the Platform.
• Student accounts are for enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate engineering students only.
• Startup accounts are for registered or early-stage businesses seeking engineering talent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.

Ten4Teen is a matchmaking and coordination platform. We facilitate connections between startups and student engineers for micro-projects. We are not a party to any contract formed between a startup and a student, nor are we responsible for the quality, timeliness, legality, or outcome of any project or deliverable exchanged through the Platform.

• You agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business.
• You must not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You must not post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Spamming, scraping, or automated access to the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on the Platform — including the Ten4Teen name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ten4Teen and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Project deliverables created by student engineers are subject to the terms agreed directly between the startup and the student. Ten4Teen claims no ownership over user-generated project content.

Certain features of the Platform may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated before purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Ten4Teen reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. Please see our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ten4Teen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
